We will be offering a free concert on Thursday, October 18th at 6:30 pm at the Chocksett Middle School Theater, 40 Boutelle Road, Sterling. Join award-winning musician David Polansky as he showcases music inspired by major world events through the decades, from 1895 through 1960. This program is supported by a grant from the Sterling Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency, as well as the Friends of the Conant Public Library. Registration is not required for this program.
The Conant Public Library is offering a free meditation program at the Sterling Senior Center at 36 Muddy Pond Road. Meditation will be held on Mondays at 6 pm, now through December 10th. Meditation will not meet on the following dates: October 8th, November 12th, and November 19th. Adults of all ages are invited to attend. No registration is required.
